Whilst browsing round the shops in Harrogate, it was curious to come across,in this most english of towns, a Japanese shop. The window display took my eye for on display were boxes of chocolates, (made in Japan I presume).
POCKY Chocs is the brand name and on closer inspection I discovered that there were some aimed at the children's market and presumably the milk chocs were for the ladies as the bitter dark chocolates were blatantly advertised as being for the 'men'.
"Strange" I thought "do the Japanese women not like dark chocolate"?
