Oh my Gawd!..time is running away with me
There is absolutely no excuse for why I am here on blog when I should be getting on with 'real things'
I've done some housework, made the two of us lunch and i'm now thinking about getting ready for the dreaded workplace 
Only four days left and I will once again be back in the confines of the home of this lovely spanish family I have grown very fond of.
This will be my fourth trip to Valladolid, the third as guests of Angel and Virginia and I still wonder why they would want a middle-aged yorkshire woman to spend time in their home for no renumeration.
Sure, I know the idea is so that the kiddies can become familiar with spoken english (albeit with a Yorkshire accent)
but I think that I have by far the best end of the deal.
I could go on and on about how they treat me as an honoured guest, the culture, the sunshine etc. but i'd better not...i've not even started packing yet 
and my adventure starts Monday morning when I catch the train for Stanstead where I will stay overnight at an airport hotel ready for an early flight Tuesday morning.
I've got to get some spanish practice in too ..I think it's getting worse instead of better 
T'old man has those '2p' tickets to come out to Valladolid later on in my stay but now says he's not going to bother 
..he doesn't want to meet people and staying in a hotel by himself doesn't appeal.
I'm getting worried about the old so and so. It's three weeks now since he last went out to the pub, whatever has happened to that old hell raiser of days gone by 
The one who has worked in numerous countries throughout the world kicking up a storm as he went
Ah well, a girl's got to do what a girl's got to do, so I had better shake myself up and dust myself down.................
